We started as The Mortgage Academy in 2003 to fill a growing need for mortgage education. Our live courses grew quickly in popularity. At the beginning of 2005, we launched online mortgage education for pre-licensing and continuing education for the state of Utah. During the summer of 2006, we became the first company in the nation to provide the Utah Core Course online and then expanded our real estate continuing education curriculum. When we launched real estate continuing education, we began doing business as the Praedo Institute. As the mortgage and real estate education industry continues to expand, so have we with our services now stretching across the United States. Although we as a company have grown larger, our same simplistic resolve to offer the most cost-effective, informative educational experience available remains the same. We continually strive to be the source for online education in the real estate and mortgage industries.
